unidentified network no network access

This has been a constant on off problem since i installed a super hub 3 any suggestions for resolving this problem gratefully received have tried all the suggestions give in the following link http://helpdeskgeek.com/windows-7/fix-unidentified-network-and-no-network-access-in-windows-7/ 

Am now at my wits end

There were two more methods not listed that you can try.
1/
In Control Panel/Device Manager, disable then enable the relevant network card. You didn't say whether this was wired or wireless. If you used the W7 Troubleshooting function that might already have been done. In which case, what did it report?

2/
In the W7 Command Prompt, type:
IPCONFIG /RELEASE followed by
IPCONFIG /RENEW

System is now working I did not have to use method 2. Have used method 1 in the past and the report was default gateway not available, but problem reoccurs after a few days.

will just have to see what happens in the future.
