tick and arrows flashing, no internet, no Tivo internet either. intermittent

Superhub 2 went down yesterday with the above fault. Called for an engineer, who was due out this morning. Happily yesterday evening the fault seemed to clear and the router came back online, all night and this morning. So when Virgin text to say, ' do we still need to come?' of course I said no.

Ten, minutes later, router goes offline again. Next engineer appointment: Wednesday evening! Argh!

Anything I can do to remedy the problem speedier than that? I think my kids will have left home by Wednesday...

Any advice appreciated, Nick

Mostly working, thanks, although we still get regular dropouts long enough for my son to get disconnected from his Xbox online games, so I'm not quite convinced yet.
