terrible customer service

I have been trying to call customer service for last 30 minutes. I am on hold for 10 minutes and suddenly call disconnected not just once all three times.

My internet is not working and how to complain. How to talk to technical team.

CHAT option is always busyyyyyyyyyyyy.

Its been 2 hours noo one to answerrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr in customer support team.

It cost me 12 pounds...

Welcome to the forums, I'm sorry to see you have been having trouble with your broadband. 

 

Please be aware this is a community forum so it can take a couple of days for the staff to get to you here. Apologies for the wait. 

 

I have taken a look at your connection and it seems there are slow speed issues on the upstreams of the connection I have raised this across to networks to be investigated further. 

 

Once I have more news on this I will let you know.

Just a quick note to advised I have heard back from networks and a fault has been raised. Ref F004927236 for slow speeds at peak times. 

 

I have popped the details across to the team who deal with this type of issue and they will contact you with more information as soon as they can. 

 

The current review date is 22/02/2017. 

 

Is it only during peak times you find you are having this trouble?

Its been 2 weeks...

No internet.

CHAT team always busy and no one to pick call in Customer support.

Engineer visited and did nothing. Said cable fault and said he will update me.

No update after that.
