I understand you have arranged a cancellation with us and appreciate you letting us know you have the new equipment from your new provider. You will have your disconnection arranged for the original due date with us and this will not change. That doesn't mean that you cannot set up the broadband with your new provider whenever you want to even if the disconnect form us is pending to go ahead at a future date.
