Dire speeds in the hp1 area which has been going on for months is it possible that i can request a superhub 3? have had at least 4 superhubs in the past few years and they work fine for a while then the speed issues start

My apologies that you are experiencing slow broadband speeds.
From checking your connection, there is a high peak time traffic fault in your area which is causing slow speeds. As mentioned by -tony- do you get these speeds at all times of the day? Are you testing through a wired or wireless connection?
