shocking broadband

this service justs gets worse and worse had horizon 240 when it was upc it was ok since this move to virgin and this so called super hub3 its a complete waste off money currently now getting 0.02mb haha out off 360mb ill look forward to having a chat with consumer rights and taken this futher this service is gone so far downhill its pathetic move to sky save yourself hassle because if my situation doesn't change this so called equipment is going in the bin
