I have a super hub router and keeping getting report from my pc and MacBook after I switch on that there is no internet access, check reason and it says no ip address reset router and ok. This happens if the device is in same or different room from the router. I am having to reset the router at least once a week

Sorry to hear about the problems with your connection, it sounds frustrating. Are your PC and Mac connected wirelessly? If so, the first thing I'd suggest trying is changing your wireless channel as this will often help with faults caused by wireless interference.
