problem logging in torouter and wifi printer wont connect

Super Hub Version

Software Version    "V2.39.02"
Hardware Version    2.00

 

on a regular basis I am having to power cycle the router.

I am unable to print on wifi printer and unable to login to do any changes

I am  using 192.168.0.1 or 192.168.100.1 it just comes back with no connection.

I can see it on my netgear genie and again wont login.

I have tried different laptops running windows 7, 10 and ipad non will login.

ping from laptop works ok.

have no problem connecting to internet

this is now happening more and more  5 times in the last 3 days.

its a nightmare ringing tech support they don't know how to help me

can anyone help from here please

cant login at all today,tried power cycle still the same, also noticed that the outlook web app wont download attachments, it starts then runs very slow then fails.

my first post ip address for login should have been 192.168.1.1    it was a long day yesterday, guess what I was doing?  working on ip cctv system default ip was 192.168.0.1

Apologies that your posts have languished without a response for so long, hope you'll forgive us Smiley Happy

In light of how long you've been waiting I shall dispense with the suggestion to restore your Hub to factory settings and have opted to send out a replacement Hub. The Hub you have is the original and access to the GUI was sometimes a factor so I'm replacing it with a more recent model, details are:

  • The new Hub should arrive within the next few days.
  • The courier, Yodel, will leave contact details should re-delivery arrangements be needed.
  • A text will be sent (to the mobile number we have listed for you) the day prior to delivery advising of an ETA.
  • Full setup and activation instructions will be included.
