My router re set it's self and everything work fine apart from my DVR for my cctv. I am unable to login to the hub with the ip address from the back of the superhub. looked on my computer and found another ip address but still unable to login to the hub. how can I fix this, when I go on line and ask what is my ip address I get a completely different number. I have been told by the people whi installed the CCTV that if I port forward this will fix it. but they are going to charge me a £50.00 call out to fix it.
