pages taking a long time to connect

Once connected they behave normally on static pages, however listening to the radio has frequent disconnections and trying to watch anything on iplayer we have to put up with frequent couple of second freezes and then jumps to catch back up.

traces are like this

Re: pages taking a long time to connect

They don't support Linux, unfortunately.  I put it on this machine and dual boot.  Could be something to do with DNS, but I can't say.  Doing the odd speed test results in the connection dropping about 20Mb every now and again.  Thats said, connection to Yahoo stuff seems to be a problem; pages often need several refreshes before they load properly, and it seems they're altering their pages, so it could be that.

Re: pages taking a long time to connect

It's an OS agnostic problem. I can ping these addresses fine but cant trace to to them. As well as an issue with the superhub not responding properly, there is some sort of network issue going on imo.  The issue has been going on long enough now for it to be annoying enough to complain a bit.
