no wifi for a week

I have had no wifi for a week. Everytime I ring up I have been fobbed off and passed to other departments. I keep getting told there is a fault in the area and it hasnt been found yet. When I check service status it says no faults. Im fed up javing no answers or dates when service will be resumed

no nothing at all i have a blue flashing tick and a green flashing arrow and my on demand shows network error c130
