New home hub 3...
Just received my new home hub 3 but i am not getting a network light and on the web interface status is reported as
Internet (DS Scanning)
Network Access: Blocked
Box isn't picking up an IP either.
The connectivity into the house is an old NTL box so might not of been use for a number of years but cabling looks fine internally and externally.

Really sorry to hear you've had trouble with your new Hub 3.0.
I've located your account and I can see you've had a technician out to fix this for you. I've also run a diagnostic on your equipment and everything is looking healthy at the moment.
Is the Hub 3.0 working OK?
