network keep going off all day

hi my internet keep going off all day every few mins or so...try rest modem factory set modem and check all cables unplug them and plug it back in again still doing the same it only happen today ....i did try to run a test on it on the web site but keep stopping at 40% it never finish it test..

Thanks for getting in touch! I am sorry to hear that your network is going on and off all day. I apologise for any troubles incurred.

I have tested things from here and I noticed that everything looks great! No errors or time outs inside the Hubs logs and all of your power levels are within the preferred ranges.

Are you still having these problems? If so, how are you connecting wired or wireless?

Please respond to me here with a recent copy of your Hubs logs for me to compare with the data we have here. You can find these by opening your internet browser and typing 192.168.0.1 into the address bar. Before logging in, in the top right hand corner it will say 'Router Status' click there and all the information needed is inside.
