so how can i order this or get a new hub2ac as mine is not working properly keeps logging me out of games etc been happening for 2 weeks now i phone virgin and they say everything is working fine rubbish its not.tried doing the top way as you can see cant find me.
because the hub keeps resetting itself all the time. and goes off for no reason. anyway dont matter we are leaving virgin waste of time. plus they need a email serviceb to contact them direct also.whats others customers going to do for me
