I have an I phone 4s and use Giffgaff not Virgin mobile. I have no other problems with Apps only this one. Every time I have tried to complete the install procedure it asks me for the pass code. I have searched the Virgin Media website and cannot find any reference to having to use a pass code or how to get one. The App downloads OK I just can't complete the install. When I try putting a code in it just says invalid and try again. No other message or instruction. It is very frustrating as the App should be readily available and part of the service I am paying a lot of money for each month!
