the intermittent broadband in the wn5 area was supposed to be sorted today, the service status now says no problems but we have just gone off again this time after being connected for about 6hrs, so is the problem fixed or not?
It is still happening and staus page says ok but it is not. We have even done the default reboot on the hub, this needs sorting its been going on for over a week.
