I'm sorry to see you are experiencing high latency.
If you take a look at this thread for more information BQM Graphs showing increased latency, this is now showing as resolved.
If there are any further issues, by all means post back here on your thread and we can check it over for you.

I also noticed this problem over the last several days...
You've got the same problem that is affecting people all over the country including me (and quite possibly everybody). There are several threads already running on the subject. It seems VM have a major fault somewhere in their network.
And here's another... seems to have gone back to normal in the early hours then back up again same time as yesterday...
Thanks for the update, I'll just keep an eye on it, just looked at the Virgin Status report as usual says no known issues...!
