keep losing the internet

Hi, today we upgraded on our account, we now have the Super Hub 3, but since its been installed it constantly keeps disconnecting. Also since joining Virgin many years ago the speeds have been appalling slow even now on 200 speed it is literally impossible to achieve more than 5mbps, any ideas ? Thanks for any help.

Thanks for the post! I am sorry to learn that your internet keeps dropping out, I apologise for any troubles incurred.

I have tested the connection from here and I noticed a high number of time outs inside the Hubs logs, I would like to arrange for an engineer to attend and investigate things further for you.

I will send you a PM (purple envelope at the top) detailing what's required in order to proceed with making the booking, please respond to me there and I'll get this sorted for you.
