why does the Internet keep dropping quite a few times a day in the wn5 area and we are on windows 8 not windows 10, it has been happening for about a week, the hub has been rebooted so we know its not the hub.
Welcome to the forums, I am sorry to see you have been having trouble with your connection when using your Windows 8 device.
I have checked your connection and things seem to be ok from this side.
As it is only happening on the windows 8 device it suggests that it is not an issue with the connection itself.
Are you using a wired or a wireless connection? If wireless try wired, pop the hub into modem only mode with the computer in safe mode with networking.
Let us know if this makes a difference.
