keep losing connection and pixelating when streaming video

Hi Guys

I have a super 50 connection on  Hub 3,I get lots of pixelating when streaming video, Every day i lose my internet ,sometimes for a couple of mins ,sometime for hours..

I have a laptop on wireless & desktop pc on ethernet cable,I have replaced cables and still no better, Same problem on television when i use my amazon firstick, I think i have a fault on my connection coming into house.  Is there any checks i can do please to sort this out,Thanks

Post the hub power levels and logs.

Go to the GUI by typing http://192.168.0.1 in to your browser. Do not log in.

Click the Router Status button in the top right of the screen then Copy and Paste the Downstream, Upstream and Network Logs.

SNR is low on a few channels, will need an engineer visit. Phone in or wait here for a response, don't bump as it sends you to the back of the queue. The forum staff are taking about a week to respond.
