internet problems

hello

im using virgin media for a long time now but its like a third month right now when I'm getting internet problems...

I'm using hub 3. and usually green flashing lights comes out and I cant connect on internet and its mostly everyday right now what the hell cmon what I'm paying for? annoying as **bleep**, I'm so disappointed might just gonna give up with this **bleep** service and gonna get a new internet.

Hello 

I would not reboot the router and ring 151 as you may need an engineer visit due to having t3 time outs and everyday your dropping connection.  If you have any equipment connected for instance a home switch or other routers I would disconnect everything apart from the wifi devices, ensure the coax cable is tight at both ends and if the green light is still there def give 151 a call to get the issue addressed.
