internet phone

Hi, I'm currently having to work from home and my internet phone that I use everyday in the office is not working properly at home.  I have phoned the support line 4 times now and each time someone new says I'll restart your wifi! That clearly wasn't working so I phoned my company's IT support who have advised me that the problem is often with Virign they only have a one way audio feed and some other technical terms that I did not understand!  Anyway, I phoned back up and said this to the next customer service operator who replied ok I'll take that off for you. End of conversation and internet phone still not working?

Any ideas please??

What Hub ? Details of IP phone ? How are you connecting ?

Hi sarahlorraine73,

I am sorry about this. In what way is your Internet phone not working? Is is failing to work at all or is it intermittent or do you have difficulty hearing the other party?

Also what IP phone do you have? I shall do my best to find out what's causing this once I have your reply Smiley Happy
