Hi, I'm currently having to work from home and my internet phone that I use everyday in the office is not working properly at home. I have phoned the support line 4 times now and each time someone new says I'll restart your wifi! That clearly wasn't working so I phoned my company's IT support who have advised me that the problem is often with Virign they only have a one way audio feed and some other technical terms that I did not understand! Anyway, I phoned back up and said this to the next customer service operator who replied ok I'll take that off for you. End of conversation and internet phone still not working?
