my internet keeps going down at least every hour and will only come back on with a router re-set, wireless and wired both the same, any help please?

I've run diagnostics on your equipment and everything is looking healthy at the moment. Levels are as they should be and there are no issues with the network in your area.
This could potentially be an issue with the equipment itself. When you lose connection, is the hub rebooting itself? What lights do you get on the hub when it goes down?
Hi Josh, The hub doesn't do anything, i just lose connection on all devices, wired or wireless and i have to reboot it myself, then everything is fine. It could be fine for 5 mins or 5 hours, then i reboot again.
