We have had issues for near on three weeks with the broadband signal we have a superhub 2.0 which keeps losing connection to the network showing a green light on the on with arrows pointing up and down , i have tried VM support over the phone they book an engineer that get followed by a text saying it was a area network issue that is now resolved and the appointment is cancelled however the problem is still there , i have tried rebooting , resetting to factory default and minimizing devices that are connected its having a huge impact on online gaming and streaming , makes me wonder what i am paying for
