hub 3 rebooting at random

The hub 3 reboots randomly several times per hour. Obviously this s extraordinarily frustrating and needs fixing. based on review of community boards two options: 1. power imbalances need engineer visit or 2. new hub 3. Can you advise ?

I'm getting the same in the SM6 postcode, it's really annoying, no rhyme or reason just a random reboot and no Internet access for  10 minutes. 

An answer from Virgin would be lovely

Thanks for getting in touch to let us know about your Hub 3.0 rebooting itself at random, I apologise for any inconvenience caused but I will do my very best to help get this sorted for you.

I have run some checks from here and I can see a lot of T3 time outs across all of your Hubs upstream channels, I would need to arrange for an engineer to attend and investigate things further for you. I will send you a PM (purple envelope at the top) detailing what's required in order to proceed with making the booking.
