Surely that ought to be a https site , i don't  even receive a http:// just a security warning , when followed get  " This page is not secure with "  .net sites being the problem !

This is a local only address not a full Internet address, it cannot go out of your local network. There are ranges of address which will not go outside of your local intranet, this one is the type C one. Type A ones are 10.x.x.x, type B ones are 176.

The important thing is that you have changed the default ID and password to something only you know so that nobody else can access your hub's management screens.
