i have been experiencing very slow broadband since I have joined VM. living in area 21 (sw2)
anybody else experiencing the same issue? did you solve it?
if not, is it possible to downgrade your contract with VM in order to delete broadband deal with them and get a better service somewhere else?
Welcome to the forums, I'm sorry to see you have been having trouble with your speeds.
I have taken a look at your connection and it seems that you are affected by fault ref
F003518362 for slow speeds at peak times. This is currently with the planning team so I don't have a lot of news on this currently. We should know more after 21/12/2016.
