My hub now says that I have nothing connected to the router via ethernet which I have - wireless seems fine - error message when I try and resolve the networking issue says 'ethernet does not have a valid IP configuration'
Bit of strange one, do any of the ethernet ports work? Is the new development or always been an issue as far as you're aware? Have you tried a different ethernet cable?
In the first instance I would suggest a quick factory reset if problems remain ongoing, let us know if this helps.
