Re: disconnected once again

Hi robertmc1,

Thanks for posting!

Sorry to hear you're having trouble with your connection.

I've run a diagnostic on your account and I can see an issue with your signal levels that'll need to be checked by a technician. I've sent you a private message (purple envelope at the top right of your screen) so I can arrange an appointment.

Look forward to hearing from you! Smiley Very Happy

Josh

Re: disconnected once again

technician came today and guess what,no fault found.he checked all inside the house and went outside to entry point to building and also the cabinet in the street, everything on his meter was reading fine,no faults shown all levels within the limits(power, signal etc)he also phoned in to check what faults where shown on the network and there was none that coincided with my disconnections.i had been disconnected on friday lunchtime and you can see that in my router log however when he phoned and spoke to someone they only had a fault logged on the tuesday the 10th as the signal being below what was needed.so the friday 13th lunchtime fault has not shown up although my bb was off.i also showed him the speedtests i do and the results i get with the speed all over the place.he agrees there may well be a fault but its not showing all the time and maybe not enough time for it to be logged with vm as it usually goes off and back on after 5-10 mins.he will call us towards the end of the week to see if its gone off and we will keeps a note of when and times.
