I have had virgin for a while but for some time now we have to reset our router now 2-3 times a week or more sometimes continually loosening internet connectivity and buffering. I understood the idea of fibre optic broadband would be no buffering. My other issue that has been ongoing for about 2 years or more is that I'm unable to send emails from my main virgin account on any of my apple devices. I have spoken to VM several times but still unable to send I can receive but I have to send via iCloud from phones and iPads etc

Sorry to hear about your connection problems, it sounds frustrating. I've taken a look at your Hub and everything looks okay at the moment. Are you using a wireless or a hard-wired connection typically?
As for the email problems, do get you any specific errors when you attempt to send mail?
