broadband

Hi all anyone else live in the cv34 area have been having problems with broadband for about 4 weeks apparently there was a network problem but have been advised that this is now fixed i am on vivid 200 and both kids keep complaining about how rubbish the connection is and i have to say this was one of the main reasons for getting virgin had sky before but got a good deal from virgin much cheaper does anyone have any tips for improving wireless connection virgin telephone support recommend power link adapters for both xboxes but this does defeat the object of wireless.
