**bleep** is going on - intermittent broadband issue continues

I used to be a fan of Virgin and would have happily recommended them. Now they are beginning to drive me bonkers! For the past two weeks I have had intermittent broadband and loads of problems even connecting to my Sonos system. I see I'm not alone with this issue but dear me it's frustrating. Of course because it's an intermittent problem I realise it's harder to resolve but I have to vent my frustration at a service that is just diabolical.

I assume you have contacted virgin? Show us some stats of your modem power levels etc you can do this by going to http://192.168.0.1 clicking the status button and having a look at the downstream and upstream levels as well as the network log
