Resolved! Wifi no longer visible on London underground

100Mbps upload speed upgrade?

Am I the only one still on 50Mbps upload on the 1Gig service? I thought everyone was meant to have been upgraded by now? I’m in area 22 if it makes any difference. Not sure if it’s worth getting in touch with Virgin.

Connect app no longer scans

Connect app shows home WiFi okay and connected devices.  However I have not been able to do room scans for the last three months.  Error messages just.   Have deleted and reinstalled app but no change. Any ideas?

Connect App not working

For months now my connect app has shown conflicting settings neither of which can be deleted so I cannot see which pods are connected to which devices. I have lost count of the number of times I have called Virgin to report this.
