Resolved! Wifi no longer visible on London underground

Took out the gig1 package awhile back and in the order we should have received a superhub 5 and we received a superhub 4, how do we go about getting it swapped over to the hub 5 that is stipulated in the contract?

Fluctuating download speeds, wired device.

Hi thereHaving problems with router. Download speed fluctuating from 420Mb/s to 2Mb/s for wired devices. Rebooted and reset to factory defaults but no change. Also tried different cables but no change either. Any advice, please?
