Resolved! Wifi no longer visible on London underground

Impossible to order wifi pods

I followed all the steps, downloaded the connect app and did the scan. The results in the office are terrible yet impossible to order pod. Online and on our account, I keep getting sent round and round in circles. Please advise, thanks.
