Resolved! Wifi no longer visible on London underground

No internet box flashing red

24 hours of no WiFi After 4 calls all lasting over an hour each I’m no further forward. Box over temp blamed first then area outage told to ring back in a few hours!! Rang back magically as got connected to 2nd lot of tech support it started working....
