Resolved! Wifi no longer visible on London underground

Order WIFI Pod

How on earth do you actually order a WiFi pod? No option on the VM Connect app, round in circles for an hour on chat only to be told to phone in as we have a Hub 5x, can’t get through to anyone on the phone.
