apple i tunes connections problems

On my Laptop, Ipad, IPhone and Apple Tv i cannot connect to the ITunes store and download movies, music, books or audiobooks.

Just get a message saying cannot connect to iTunes, have tried connecting on my laptop using a Wifi O2 Dongle and have no problems connecting to ITunes, so this must be a problem with my Virgin Broadband 3.0 Hub.

Had no problems with my original Broadband Superhub Router.

Have no problems accessing the internet on my Broadband Hub.

Welcome to the community Smiley Very Happy

 

Sorry to hear about the problem you're getting of not being able to access the iTunes store, I can't say I've experienced this specific fault before.

 

Have you tried plugging your laptop into your Hub with an Ethernet cable? Also it might be worth doing a factory reset (pin into reset hole for 30 seconds).
