Sorry to hear about the trouble you're having with your printer, I've come across a few of these recently. Have you ensured that your printer software is fully up to date? You can check the manufacturers website for updates.
To connect your printer via pin please do the following:
- Log into your Hub 192.168.0.1
- Access Advanced Settings > Wireless > WPS
- Then Add WPS Client > pin.
