Wireless connection

Hi I am trying to connect to wi-fi but it doesn't appear on the list of networks available..I introduced myself the ssid and password and still not working..I push the button on the router but still not appear...And is not because of the phone cuz I tried 3 different phones to connect...I don't know what to do

I am sorry, I hope the hub is not faulty. Are any devices able to see or connect to the wireless? Please would you try a factory reset of the hub and let us know how that goes Resetting your Virgin Media Hub
