Wired network printer/hub 3.0

So after being offered new hub 3.0 to replace my 10 year old original.

disconnect old modem connect new hub and reconnect everything all works except for Samsung wired network printer - static setting of 192.168.11.10 ( although have tried making it set by network and other addresses) I can not connect from the wired PC, or see it when I look at the hub settings.

Printer was working fine - prior to the new hub, with printing available from any where in the house

after several hours of playing with settings, I must be doing something obviously wrong but am not sure what any suggestions might save what is left of my hair

Re: Wired network printer/hub 3.0

Youll need to set it with a static IP in the range 192.168.0.x

Re: Wired network printer/hub 3.0

I wouldn't advise using that IP address since that is reserved for broadcast so anything from .2 to .254 (personally would advise using IP within range of .200 to .240)
