Still having major issues with Win 10 devices and broadband. Only able to achieve 10 meg max download speeds when standing next to router when contracted for 200 meg. Just joined Virgin on 19th Dec to get better speeds but have had nothing but issues so far. I have the latest Win 10 update from Microsoft which supposedley should resolve the issue, updated wireless adaptor, I have gone through all the recommended ipconfig tasks including flushing DNS - all to no avail.
I would try testing with a device equipped with a gigabit ethernet adapter connected directky to the hub by cat 5e ethernet cable or better. This is the only way to measure the actual speed of the connection, as wireless is affected by a myriad of external factors. What wireless adapters are you using?
