Last night the wifi suddenly disconnected mine and my husbands phones.
The wifi password sign-in box flashed up on our screens and we both attempted to sign-in again but it wouldn't accept the password. Each time we entered it the box asking for the password just reloaded over and over again. We weren't ever told that it was incorrect but it won't let us sign-in.
We know that the password is correct as it's the one listed on our router, we've never attempted to change it.
There's no problem with the wifi service as I've done a fault check via Virgin and the wifi network does appear on our devices, it seems to be the log-in procedure that's causing the problem.
