Hi I just tried getting through to support but my call was disconnected at 16 mins
I've had the Hub since 2011, and its been fine until this year where the wifi keeps dropping. My wired pc is ok but my laptop and smartphone drop the wifi connection. I called a few weeks ago with the same issue and the tech lady changed the channel on the router which again worked for a few days but its getting frustrating having to bounce the router almost daily when I'm at home.
I've recorded some of the dropped connection on my laptop via the net uptime monitor (see below):

Defoe time for a new hub. That model, despite your apparent satisfaction, is a wireless fail. Let's hope the VM bods when they get to your thread in a week or so will deem your SH1 to be broken. I suspect that first they'll put you through the change channel hoops.
You can always buy your own wireless router and put the wretched SH1 into modem mode. It's the only mode that the SH1 handles well.
