I've checked your Hub and noticed that your power levels are out of range. I'm not sure if this is the cause of the flashing light, but none the less we need to ensure your levels are within range.
We'll need to arrange for an engineer to call around to investigate further. I'll ask him to look at the Hub at the same time.
