I can't connect to internet, only one of the wireless lights is flickering on the hub. I have reset it twice, unplugged all cables and the box and yet when I check the connection via Netflix on my firestick it says the signal is very good. Please help asap, I need the internet to work from home. Thanks, Hannah
I'm sorry we weren't able to reach you sooner and hope that you've managed to get your Internet connection back.
If you are still having problems though I would like to test your connection from here to find out what's happening. I am unable to locate your Hub details at this time so please reply to my PM (purple envelope icon, top right of page) and I'll look into this for you.
