Had no WiFi all day! Told it would be resolved by 2.30pm... NOPE!!! Rang for assistance had a poor response with no resolution time offered. Fed up! This happens way too much. Service does not equate to the charge!
The VM broadband is a residential service so there is no SLA, it “best endeavours” for a fix. While I understand it is difficult to give a timeframe for fixing problems they could be a bit more forthcoming with the reasons for an outage.
