Good evening, I am having issues with my wifi not authenticating. I can see the ssid on my device but I cannot connect. This has been happening a lot lately and is really annoying. I have spoken to VM tech previously. I logged into the hub and checked the logs and found this:
Unicast DSID PSN startup error
Received Response to Broadcast Maintenance Request, But no Unicast Maintenance opportunities received - T4 time out;
There is a part of this I have deleted as it has a MAC address on it. Any ideas? Have tried restarting the router but no joy.
Sorry to read about the problems you're having, it sounds frustrating.
Checking your Superhub I've noticed that your power levels are out of range, this might not resolve this specific issue as it sounds like a wireless problem, but it will improve the connection overall if we arrange for an engineer to call around.
