I have been having a problem with my Super Hub for a while in that my wifi remains connected on my devices but the actual internet connection drops out.
The only way to get around this is to turn off wifi on my laptop/phone and then turn it on again. I have tried resetting my Super Hub to factory settings and also using different wireless channels but this does not seem to make a difference. As far as I can tell, there are no issues when using a wired connection.
