Wifi drops out every day for months

We have had issues with the broadband for months. Lately it is every day that the connection drops off and the hub needs to be restarted and that's only a fix for 15minutes. I cannot connect to someone on chat and I can't find out how much it would cost if I called. It is extremely poor customer service and our bill has been getting larger for a worsening internet service.
I've read other people have had a similar issue and all they get back as a reply is "Sorry, SNR fault". Is there an end to this fault to be expected or should I just switch to a different provider now?

Thanks for the post! I am sorry to hear about your issues with your broadband connection having WiFi drop outs, I apologise for any inconvenience caused.

I have tested things from here and I noticed that you're only connecting to one upstream channel, I believe this to be the cause of your issues. I would like to arrange for an engineer to attend and investigate this further for you, I will send you a PM (purple envelope at the top) detailing what's required in order to proceed with making the booking. 

Please respond to me there and I'll get this sorted for you.

1stly do you have the same problem with a wired connection or is it just with wifi ?

I only have wifi connections. I haven't used an ethernet cable
